Our Mission
We promote Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (DEIA) advocacy and support for individuals with disabilities in the FAA.

National Coalition of Federal Aviation Employees with Disabilities (NCFAED) has been an FAA Employee Association since 1994.
Supporting 7,450 FAA Employees
According to the FAA People with Disabilities Program (PWDP) Statistics the FAA recently met the 2023 Fiscal Year hiring goals of 2% with Targeted Disabilities and 16% employees with disabilities.
